Message from Patty (Sebastian) Charest '77

As Cardinal Alumni Association President, I have the pleasure of working with alumni who represent every decade this school has been in existence.  For over 50 years now, this school with its alumni has made its mark within the Santa Barbara community and throughout the world. On this 50th Anniversary year, I am challenging you and 50 members from your class to contribute a minimum of $50 to this year's annual appeal (our 50-50-50 challenge).

Each of us, regardless of age, knows what a blessing it is to continue to be a part of this school. As varied as each of our lives have become, each alumnus shares a common denominator. Each has a solid base of strong core values that were taught through word and action by the faculty and staff, every day at both Santa Barbara Catholic and Bishop High Schools.

Many alumni have chosen to give back to the school, some with their time and expertise, some with financial contributions and all with the desire to see the Cardinals continue to grow and thrive well into the 21st century. I thank each and every alumnus who by word, action or both, continue to support our school.
