Dear Faculty and Staff,

I am very pleased to represent the faculty and staff of Bishop High as the school launches its annual giving campaign.

As an alumna of the school it means a great deal to me to be able to come back on campus and teach students who now walk along the same corridors that I once did as a student. My husband Steve ’77 and I have three sons, two of which recently completed four successful academic, athletic and spiritual years at Bishop. Our third son is a current Cardinal and it is great to see him grow up with the same benefits and values of the Bishop education that both his parents and his two brothers received. It is evident that the influences from teachers, coaches and support staff have made and continue to make the outcome of the Bishop experience so extraordinary.

I hope you'll take a few minutes to read over the Annual Report and remember how important we are as teachers and faculty to the overall picture of the school.  As Linda said during orientation, "Teachers, do you realize how important you are to students and families here?"  And staff, how would everything come together if you did not fold, staple, hammer and nail, phone, vacuum, glue, write and edit it together?

I'd like to see every faculty and staff member make the effort to donate during this campaign.  I would be proud to be able to say that 100% of our faculty and staff support this giving effort that ultimately benefits our students entrusted to us here at Bishop Garcia Diego High School.
